Compass Park Potomac

Gigi is very communicative and always gave her all answering any questions we threw her way. As first time homebuyers, she recommended me and my partner different mortgage officer and title company optionsclearly helped us through steps in the process when we were unfamiliar. She helped us negotiate our buying price, and even helped us by setting up our closing day meeting in a more convenient location. She even dropped off the sweetest congratulatory gift at our new place which we both appreciate so much. If the time comes for us to move again, we would love to work with Gigi once again!

Gigi did an amazing job helping me navigate a difficult transaction for a condo. She was extremely helpful and great to me throughout the whole experience. I feel very grateful for her help and would sincerely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. She is very professional and keeps your interests in mind.

Gigi provided exceptional support in facilitating both the sale of our previous condominium and the purchase of our new one. She was very engaged in all aspects of the sale and purchase processes on both sides and was always available for questions. She went above and beyond ~ providing encouragement and support. Her interactions with both parties were seamless; she effectively managed the coordination through to the completion of both closings. I have known Gigi for many years, both personally and professionally, and highly recommend her.

We got to know Gigi really quickly, and it was a great experience. She was very practical and down-to-earth, and helped us craft good offers, giving us practical advice for how to structure a reasonable offer in a competitive market. She was very responsive in off-hours, which was great for two busy working people. She also happily took us to tour a number of properties. We'll happily recommend her to friends looking to buy in Montgomery County in the future.
