Aaron, Alex, & Kim from the Heng Seroff Real Estate Group represented my Father on his sale of his Duplex Property in Redwood City. Dad & I met the Group for an orientation and presentation at their Compass Office in Palo Alto. They presented us with a custom book tailored to their plans for the sale of my Dads Property. This is where we met both Alex and Kim, who obviously presented themselves well with their vast experience in the business. They are also very kind people along with Aaron. From that meeting forward, they coordinated and managed the entire selling and showing process. They were also very good with the existing tenants in both units. I got to know Kim Heng in an open house last December. Through her I sold my property in another city by an agent recommended by her. That agent sold my house quickly and for an excellent price. At the time when we were preparing the sale of the property in the other city in January, Kim started touring us around the properties in Redwood City and San Mateo area. Kim is a very experienced agent and she knows Redwood City and San Mateo area very well. She also has excellent human skill, after several rounds of touring she quickly recognized the kind of property we are interested in. so there is no time wasted. Since January, Kim works so hard and showing us so many properties tirelessly, finally around the end of April we found the property and she helped us in preparing the purchase agreement, settling the purchase, walking through the property and the transaction will close next week.
