It was such a pleasure working with Lawrence. His knowledge, expertise, responsiveness, and steady hand really made the entire transaction feel smooth. He kept me in the loop at every stage and was responsive to me at every hour of the day. I strongly recommend working with him. He kept calm and cool in the face of a very difficult seller and sellers agent. I dont think this transaction could have happened without him!

I had a great experience working with Lawrence for renting out my apartment. He's responsive, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, handled everything efficiently, and made the rental process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and dedication to finding a suitable tenant. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent.

Working with Lawrence was a pleasure. He was always quick to respond and often went the extra mile to make my buying experience smoother. Lawrence is also a knowledgeable and professional agent. He helped us get through some tricky situations and shared some valuable real estate insights. I really appreciate him understanding my tight deadline and helping me get to closing by then. He coordinated viewings when I asked and kept the negotiations moving forward. I'm so grateful to have had him on my team during my buying process!

Lawrence was outstanding during the entire process of our condo purchase. He is very patient and professional. He made a very stressful process quite enjoyable. I highly recommend him.

Lawrence did a great job helping me through my first condo buying process. He had great knowledge of the area I was searching in, strong negotiation skills, and great people skills, all of which made the process super smooth. He was very friendly and responsive, provided great recommendations for contacts (like lenders, home inspectors, and real estate attorneys) throughout the process, and kept all contacts involved in the process on track, leading to a relatively quick closing. I would highly recommend working with Lawrence, particularly if you are looking in neighborhoods from Astoria to Williamsburg.
