Susan is a knowledgeable professional. She was always available to help support me during the sale of my parents home, quickly responding to unexpected issues and providing services to showcase the properties best qualities. She concisely outlined offers and successfully negotiated the sale. She was very helpful and considerate, always willing to talk and provide feedback.

Susan is a consummate professional. She guided me through the entire process with ease, patience, kindness, and expertise. I feel extremely grateful for her knowledge of the market and ways to be competitive as a first time buyer. Even after closing, she continues to check in, offer advise, and guidance, continuing to go above and beyond for her clients. I highly recommend Susan for all of your Real Estate needs!

We recently closed on our home about a month ago, and working with Susan made the process as seamless as possible. We were impressed with her knowledge, expertise and responsiveness throughout the process. We are grateful to have worked with Susan and would recommend her to anyone seeking a realtor.

Susan was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly kind, communicated quickly, and always had our best interest at heart. She supported us every step of the way and I trusted her completely with all of our decisions, recommendations, and referrals. I highly recommend her!

Susan was incredible to work with and went above and beyond during our home search. She took the time to really understand what our goals were, and applied with her knowledge of the area, helped us find the right home for us. My wife and I joked that before the end of our search, Susan knew what we were looking for better than we did. We really appreciated how she would point out both the positives and the negatives, and let us know if she felt like the home might not be the best fit. She wasn't focused on a quick close, she was focused on the right close. I can't say enough positive things about how helpful Susan was in our home search. Once we found the a home that we thought was the right fit, Susan went into overdrive to ensure we had the best information before we put in our offer. If it were not for Susan, the home offer we put in would almost certainly not have been accepted. She was able to help us come up with an offer that worked for us and also was likely to be accepted based on the research she put together. We recently moved to the area, and Susan was recommended to us by a friend that had previously lived in the area. It quickly became easy to see why he spoke so highly of Susan. If you are looking for someone that will take the time to understand your goals, and go above and beyond to help you meet them, you will have difficulty finding someone better than Susan!
