Chris took care of us like we were family when we were searching to buy a new home in the St. Louis area! Moving from out-of-state was generally a very stressful experience, but Chris's service and guidance made things so much easier for us! She was very flexible, accommodating, and went above and beyond to find us the home of our dreams. She came prepared to each showing having done thorough research on each property and often having already talked with the listing agents. She was willing to work with my parents who went to view homes with her when we couldn't do so ourselves in person. At other times, she did extra work to take videos and/or conduct virtual tours for us. With a background in interior design she also has a great eye for each home's potential and can really help you envision what your new home could be! Chris also brought creative thoughts and ideas when it came to making offers. She connected us with many valuable resources, including a great title company, inspector, and insurance broker. She was with us to the very end, providing support, encouragement, and expert negotiating tactics during a complicated and difficult closing after a nightmare final walkthrough. She is well-connected and respected in the community due to her professionalism and personable manner. I don't know what we would have done without her!
