I know Sam for a few years now and I have to say that he is ver friendly and honest person. We weren't sure that we could afford to buy a property, our credit score was good, but not outstanding. One of the things Sam helped us with was to determine the amount of money we could get for a loan. Once we had that number we started hunting for the perfect place for us. We looked through lots of pictures from the website and choose the ones we liked and went to see them. In the end we choose another property it was on sale in the same complex we went to see another one. Purchasing was easy, took about a month and a half the whole process, I guess this is a normal thing. We couldn't be happier than ever. Sam was the one who push me to buy a property instead of renting. I am forever grateful for his help, guidance and to make this a dream come true. If you think you can't afford, have any questions. Its hard to talk about Sam and Shadia Nassar without employing a lot of cliches: dynamic duo, power couple, winning team. Its also hard to deny they get results. When we first met with the Nassars, we were concerned that our home of more than 30 years might not appeal to the young professionals who drive the market in suburban Washington, D.C. But Sam and Shadia had a vision. In just 3 weeks they turned our comfortable, but dated house into a bright, sleek, sophisticated property that attracted lots of interest.
