I've had the pleasure of working one on one with Hilary for all of my real estate needs over the last year. She's helped me find a great tenant for my rental property, buy my dream house and sell my house. All of these transactions were complicated and wouldn't have happened without the guidance and expertise from Hilary. Anyone knows, real estate can be an emotional rollercoaster, but having Hilary by my side, step by step made me feel like things were going to land in the right place. Hilary's interpersonal skills are second to none. She knows how to speak with buyers, sellers and agents. The house we wanted was a FSBO and the process to get the house wasn't easy because of the seller's challenging personality. As an investor, it's important to have the right agent working alongside you to help make the best choices. Over the past year, I have utilized Hilary to assist with my rentals, help purchase my primary residence and most recently close on another investment property. This time it was a little trickier as it was a 1031 Exchange, as a result of selling another property from out of State and reinvesting the capital.
