I recently had the pleasure of working with Valerie Upham on a transaction in Carmel Valley. Valerie is a true professional who maintains a calm, steady hand even when a deal gets complex. We worked closely together to navigate some tricky inspection items, and her commitment to finding a collaborative solution was key to getting us to the finish line. If you are looking for a Carmel Valley specialist who understands the nuances of working with senior clients who are downsizing, Valerie's experience and dedication to her clients' success are self-evident.

Working with Valerie was a wonderful experience. She was friendly, patient, and truly took the time to listen to our needs in order to find the best fit for us. At no point did we feel pressured to make a decision -- she always put our priorities first. What impressed us most was her dedication and thoughtfulness. When a remote for our fireplace was missing, Valerie personally purchased a replacement for us and made sure it worked properly. That level of care and going above and beyond exceeded our expectations. We are very grateful for all of her help and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients.

Valerie is one of the most talented realtors working in California and her greatest work skill is her deep understanding of the San Diego real estate market! I am stunned at the good fortune I had to work with her and she would make any client amazed!!!

Valerie was the key to our out-of-state move. Not only did she facilitate an effortless sale of our UC home (above asking price), but she patiently coached us through the many steps to prepare for moving and selling. Valerie has an accurate understanding of the market value, and a quiver of contractors on hand that she managed for prep work, resulting in no surprises.

Valerie was attentive to our needs, focused, diligent, and displayed a mastery of the market that was genuinely impressive. Highly recommend Valerie and her team!
