Kyle Frazier expertly facilitated the purchase of a home for us in Marin Country Club Estates in Novato, CA, taking care of all the myriad details involved in a real estate transaction these days, from setting up several viewings to lining up inspectors, to providing us with the comparables and area trends, especially important for us as out-of-state buyers, and ultimately advising us on a price point range which resulted in a successful offer in what is a very competitive marketplace.He also worked closely with our mortgage loan officer to effectuate a timely loan and closing date. As out-of-owners with a move-in lapse time, he graciously did us several favors by changing the locks for us, providing us with all the utility information, and recommending area workers to assist us with lawn care, etc.Kyle also purchased a Home Warranty for us which covers all the appliances, fixtures and heating/cooling systems should a problem arise in our first year.So we are very grateful to him for his invaluable assistance and professionalism.

In the spring of 2017 we used Kyle to help us find and buy a home in Novato and San Rafael (we ended up buying in Novato). He was initially recommended to us by the current President of the Marin Board of Realtors and for very good reason. Kyle is a top notch pro in every aspect of his work. He is knowledgeable about the area, knows how to approach sellers, has connections to valuable off-market and soon-to-be-on-the-market information, and goes the extra mile to find the right house (including in our case placing personalized flyers in the mailboxes of residential properties we had identified to see if the owners wanted to sell). When looking at unusual features in houses, he invariably knows what they are and how they work. He's absolutely up to date on all the modern on-line services, email notifications and other web-based tools and uses them in helpful ways. Kyle is extraordinarily responsive, warm, smart and very friendly, but none of those amicable traits make him any less formidable when it comes to negotiating. He's a delight to work with.
