Steve failed on many counts representing me and my family on the sale of our home. My last transaction with him was extremely poor. He not only made numerous mistakes, but then lied to me, his client, about facts regarding offers. He did not negotiate on my behalf, and worse did not accurately present offers to me. He gave the buyers agent information that was detrimental to me financially, and violated his fiduciary responsiblities towards me on several occasions. He could not be bothered to even appolgize! I should have fired him. I would not recomment Steve Remmert to represent you whatsover. I have bought/sold real estate in Boulder CO for the past 30 years. My experience with him was the worst!
