There is no better realtor to go with than Karyn Flores. We first worked with her five years ago when we were purchasing our first home, and we used her again to sell the home and purchase another this year. We are so fortunate to have her in our corner. She is friendly, exceptionally professional, and a tireless worker. We adore her.

Fantastic agent. Nick helped my wife and i to buy our first home. As picky as we are Nick was kind and determined to find us our first home. After a week of looking at a number of houses. He found the one. It was a short sale, I had no idea what I was doing, but nick stuck with us the whole time and patiently helped us out through the whole process. Thank you nick. I refer home to all my family and friends highly recommend.

It has been my experience that the best recommendations come from word of mouth, so when my chiropractor, (who himself had been recommended by my neighbor) recommended realtor Nick Orlando I was thankful and felt safer about my choice to sell my home. My expectations were pleasantly realized. Nick was the perfect choice. He met with me to explain the entire process, discussed options, listened to my concerns, valued the house, gave me tips on staging, took and posted professional quality pictures, and arranged an open house. He was present for the open house that Saturday and had 8 offers 4 days later. He negotiated a price 40k above the asking price and quickly closed the deal. This team of professionals successfully guided me through the process of selling my home, effortlessly, quickly, and at a price 40k above anticipation. I am grateful for his help, and couldn?t recommend him more highly.
