Melissa Colabella was instrumental and helping us find, buy, and move into our new home in Pleasantville. We examined many different areas (Pelham, Hastings-on-Hudson, Chappaqua, etc.). Melissa filled the gaps in every stage of our journey from rounding out our learning / knowledge / assumptions of the different areas of Westchester to recommendations on cleaning, handymen, and the like after the purchase. Melissa is patient, not pushy, thoughtful, and fun (you will spend a lot of time with your agent so really consider character). She is insanely knowledgeable around all aspects of the Westchester and home ownership (schools, taxes, permits, parking, commuting, town-specific nuances + cultures). I cannot recommend Summer and colleagues enough. After a rocky start with a prior realty company, we came to Summer a little disparaged. She immediately boosted our confidence with her lively and best face forward attitude. This team is the most dedicated to their craft that I have seen in a very long time. Never once did we have to push or prod for answers, because communication seemed to be instantaneous quite consistently. We came in with a goal of closing on our ?unicorn? property (meaning the specs were not easy to find) in a couple of short months, and Summer by and large made that happen. Whether it was making sure someone was always available for a showing, or recommending vendors and inspectors, she made the process completely manageable for us. Again, this team is fantastic! 10/10
