We had an incredible experience working with Liza DiMarco during the sale of our home. Her work ethic and dedication are unparalleled. From beginning to end she was thorough, professional and detail-oriented from initial market analysis, through listing preparations, navigating inspections and closing. She brought years of experience and local market knowledge to ensure we came to market ready to get the property sold. We had an offer within the first week and closed within 45 days. She instilled confidence the moment we met her and her energy is contagious. If you want to buy or sell in Savannah, choose Liza DiMarco!

We listed our home with Liza DiMarco, and she and her team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Liza was patient throughout the entire process, put together a beautiful media package for the home, and made sure it was showroom-ready well ahead of every showing. Given the size and complexity of our home, we especially appreciated that Liza was personally present for each showing to guide prospective buyers through the space and answer questions on the spot aEUR" something we didn't expect but came to rely on. Her recommendations for contractors and specialists to help maintain the home were spot-on every time, and saved us a lot of guesswork. Beyond her expertise, what stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about getting this right for us. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in selling our home, and we recommend her and her team without hesitation.

I had a 10:30 appointment to view a house, as I was getting out of my car, DeMarco drove up with her clients. I told her I had a 10:30 appointment, she claimed she had a 10 oclock appointment, told her clients dont worry about them, they walked past us and into the house. No apology, and no excuse.

Liza is amazing and so is her team. She went above and beyond for us, which resulted in our family moving into a home we love at a great price. I highly recommend trusting Liza DiMarco at Compass with your home buying needs.
