Zach was able to get us 10 showings in 2 weeks, something the previous realtor was unable to do in 3 months. He promised us a sale within 30 days, and he delivered, He must be some marketing whiz to do that. In addition, he is responsive, caring, and very professional. I wouldn't use anyone else, given the choice.

Zach truely knows his real estate market here in SW Florida. Within days he listed my condo for sale he was able to generate a lot of traffic. He got involved and had several showings himself. Unlike other real estate agents who just simply brought clients into the place, he really tried to sell the place by explaining all the features the condo, the HOA, area had to offer. He also kept accurate data to adjust the price to determine the true price the market could bare.

Zach is very skillful realtor, he managed to close the deal in a 3 weeks under not that easy circumstances. He was very helpful during the whole process, answering my questions usually within an hour (and I had a lot of questions being out of state buyer). I definitely recommend Zak Rozen and his team for all buyers and sellers but especially to those whos situation is not standard like mine.
