Stacie initially showed us a house that wasn't really what we wanted. We had driven by the house and called her and scheduled an appointment. After we met she suggested we continue to look.Stacie was very professional and positive with both us and the seller. She was responsive with all of our questions and helpful when we weren't sure what to do next.When we found a house and put in an offer, Stacie kept us informed every step of the way. She was always there to answer questions and to help us understand next steps. It had been 30 years since we purchased a home and so much has changed. Having Stacie with us kept some of our stress and concerns to a minimum.We were having trouble selling our other house. Stacie stepped in and took on the sale even though it was 85 miles away. Katie Rawnsley is amazing. She is so professional and works so hard for her clients. She tolerated my many, many emails in regards to properties, etc. We were coming in from out of town and depended on these emails and my many searches for properties to communicate with Katie. She also answered them completely and honestly in a very short time span and gave me her opinion on every question we had. Since we were on a limited time crunch, she set up appointments for showings immediately upon our arrival into town. When we did find a house we were interested in, she worked diligently with the other agent and helped us secure this house.
