Mauricio Barba is our go-to agent for our property transactions. He and his team are the definitive experts on the local market with 30+ of experience, networks of qualified buyers, & premier marketing resources. We have been so lucky to work with him on some of the biggest purchases/sales of our lives over the last 3-4 years. He guided us effortlessly though every part of our transactions. Mauricio could not have delivered better returns on a faster time table. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Mauricio J Barba Partners!

Mauricio wrote the book on honesty & integrity, responsiveness, local knowledge, negotiations and process expertise when it comes to the real estate profession. We have used Mauricio on three transactions thus far, and without a doubt will continue to use him on all future transactions.

During a time when home values were down, Mauricio sold my home in record time. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market, very responsive and a true professional. I have recommended him to friends since I know he will get the job done!

Mauricio and team were very responsive in all aspects of the sale of my property. They performed above expectations. Very honest and direct in their assessment of the property. Provided very good direction in how to stage the house. Always on time- and provided feedback on showings. I would highly recommend.

Mauricio Barba and his team did a great job selling our home. We listed with Mauricio after our listing expired with another realtor. Mauricio was professional, reliable, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. He helped us present and price our home to achieve the best results. He arrived early for every showing, made sure our our home was well presented, followed up with every potential buyer and their realtor and provided honest feedback. We would highly recommend Mauricio to any seller or buyer.
