Working with Maria was truly one of the best experiences we could have asked for during the home-buying process. From the very beginning, she helped us find the right home and guided us through every step with professionalism and care. She negotiated on our behalf, handled difficult conversations for us, and made sure every deadline was met, even when things got stressful or complicated. When we felt unsure, she gave us honest perspective and helped us make confident decisions. What really stood out was her patience and dedication. She never rushed us and always made time to answer questions or explain our options. When delays happened, she advocated for us and even got frustrated right alongside us because she truly cared about the outcome. She went above and beyond for us, which meant a lot for our family. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. If youre looking for someone who will work hard, advocate for you, and genuinely care about helping you find the right home, she is absolutely the best you could ask for.

Working with Maria was an absolute dream! I had my home listed for sale with a different agent at a different brokerage for over 3 months with very little buyer interest. I had about a 15-minute call with Maria, and within a few hours, she was at my home doing a walk-through and gave me a full assessment of the property and where we should list it. She worked very quickly, getting it staged and photographed, and had it listed within 2 weeks. Within the first 24 hours of being listed, she had 5 private showing requests, which resulted in a full ask offer. An open house was scheduled for the first weekend, which resulted in about 15 possible buyers coming by. By the end of the first weekend, 3 offers were submitted. All of this is a testament to Maria's understanding of the neighborhood and buyers in the community. I would highly recommend anyone in the SODO neighborhood of Orlando to call Maria!

Maria was fantastic to work with and especially patient in dealing with two seniors who were very picky and who were dealing with the emotional and financial aspects of moving from a much loved home they had been in for 50 years. Maria made the process of searching and finally buying another home as painless as possible and the title company she deals with was very professional and made the closing go smoothly. Maria was very responsive to all our questions, our texts and emails. Maria never made us feel rushed in making a decision and was always willing to help us see homes even when she probably felt they might not be a good fit for us. Maria is not only a knowledgeable professional but she is, in our opinion ,also a caring, empathetic individual who is looking out for the best interests of her clients.

Maria was an absolute pleasure to work with. Maria was always available and had the answers to all the questions that I had as a buyer. The person that recommended Maria to me can be confident in recommending her to anyone.

Maria is a true professional, and helped me through every step of the way to sell my Townhouse in an area with brand new construction, builder credits, and paid closing costs. I had my house on the market for two tears, with 4 different realtors. All of them were the same, just wanted the listing and did not care about my questions, or any concerns. Maria was great at advising me on every step of the way. She is definitely someone I strongly recommend and will use again. Thanks Maria!
