Compass Florida

Malissa was patient and persistent. She took the time to understand my wants and found me the perfect house, in a highly competitive market I may add. The thing I loved he most is that she never once pressured me to make a sale and was willing to show me a million houses if that what it took. Great, honest, and real realtor!

Malissa Crawford is very knowledgeable in both helping to buy and sell a home. She did both for us and I dont know what we would have done without her. We had a very bad experience with a prior realtor and she stepped up and went above and beyond for us. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Malissa did a great job helping us find the perfect property in the extremely competitive sellers market in central Florida. Once finding the property she helped us prepare and submit a bid to get the house we really wanted. She worked very hard in keeping us updated on the status of our bid, then provided advice and direction to navigate us through the closing process. She also handled a couple last minute issues that arose during the final stages of the closing process, that allowed us to close on time. Malissa went well above and beyond what we expected. We also appreciated her knowledge of the local business and services we needed to make make this house our home. All of her recommendations have been great to work with and all have lived up to our expectations. Would highly recommend Malissa to anyone looking for a home in the Plant City/Lakeland area.

Malissa was fantastic throughout the entire process. I honestly consider myself lucky that I got her as a representative for this whole process. She was honest with me every step of the way, and was also encouraging when things were going sideways. Her experience was to my benefit more than once. She had good relationships with everyone else involved in the process. This was especially helpful when I needed her to step in and mitigate a situation when I was frustrated.

Malissa is very easy to work with, she is very knowledgeable of the area and pricing. She helped with a few questions post sale as well. We only had to look at a few houses before we found the right one, she was helpful in mentally visualizing furniture placement and asking thoughtful questions until we found my house.
