"Working with Teresa Santana has been an absolute blessing for my family. She has represented us as our trusted real estate agent across three different properties, and we couldn't be more grateful for her dedication and guidance. Teresa makes every step of the buying, selling, and negotiation process effortless and stress-free. Her market knowledge, negotiation skills, and attention to detail are unmatched. We trust her judgment completely and wouldn't work with anyone else. She is truly our favorite real estate professional and a true expert in her field!"

Teresa was amazing helping us with the buying of our house. Three points I believe important to share: 1) She worked and guided us through all the details of taxes, cost of buying, paperwork, title company, home inspection, insurance, etc. that being first time buyers made it feel easy and with clear expectations. 2) Maybe the most important one, she got us to the price we wanted to pay. From the houses sold in the area and published for the quarter, our house had the best negotiated price. 3) We really felt Teresa was looking out for our interests and working around our decision times. We would definitely recommend her as a trusted real estate agent.

Sheila was very knowledgeable and professional and always available. Efficiency and effectiveness demonstrate an agents ability to manage the intricacies of real estate dealings and offer clients a seamless experience. Sheila was our realtor twice to buy a house and to putt our house also as a rental property. A trustable, professional agent. Highly recommended !

I had the pleasure of working with Teresa and Armando both when I bought my house and recently when I sold it. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They managed to sell my house at a record price in a very short amount of time, exceeding all my expectations. Their expertise in the market and dedication to their clients truly set them apart. They provided excellent advice, kept me informed throughout the process, and handled every detail with care. Additionally, they managed the staging of my house and ensured it was in perfect condition throughout the sale process. This was especially important as I had moved to Texas and left them in charge of my house. If youre looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond to achieve the best results, I highly recommend Teresa and Armando. Thank you for making both the buying and selling process smooth and successful!
