Dilan was amazing to work with in all areas of my first home purchase. I had no idea what I was getting into when attempting to buy a new home. I was out of state in VA and he was here in FL but yet it felt like he was with me every step of the way. He kept constant contact with me and helped me navigate finding a property, working with the sales reps, checking the location and making sure it would be something we would enjoy. Any time I had a question Dilan would get back to me within an hour or so at the latest even on the weekend. He made sure I would get a good rate and that i was well taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, it didn't feel like some random person that I hired to find me a house. It felt like a friend giving me some inside info on all the right moves to make. Katie was the best realtor my husband and I have ever worked with. We recently relocated from Long Island to Tampa,FL.
