Compass

Pam was one of the best decisions I made when selling my home. Her knowledge of the market, strategic guidance, and dedication helped my home sell for an incredible outcome. Pam is someone you can truly count on. She is reliable, dependable, and always follows through. Whether it was answering questions, providing updates, or handling unexpected challenges, she was always quick to respond and made me feel like a priority. I appreciated her honesty, professionalism, and commitment from start to finish. If youre looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and works tirelessly to achieve the best possible results, I recommend Pam highly.

We had the pleasure of working with Pamela Grunstein during our home-buying process, and we have nothing but great things to say. We were personally recommended to her team by a former client from work, and were so glad we followed that advice. As first-time home buyers moving from Manhattan to Westchester, Pamela provided invaluable guidance every step of the way. She worked with us consistently for nearly a year, helping us navigate the process with patience, clarity, and expertise until we found the perfect home. Pamelas knowledge of the rivertowns and surrounding Westchester areas is exceptional. She took the time to educate us on the nuances of each town, which was incredibly helpful in making such a big transition. Without her, we truly dont believe we would have secured our dream home. Her dedication was evident throughout the entire journey - always responsive, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to support us. She connected us with a wide range of trusted professionals, including electricians, move-in cleaners, roofers, HVAC companies, and an attorney (we ended up living in the same town as her!). She was always available to answer our questions and remained highly professional. During showings, she proactively pointed out potential issues we would have never noticed ourselves and always encouraged thoughtful decision-making rather than rushing us into anything. Pamela also helped us navigate unexpected challenges, including surprises during the final walk-through, and ensured everything stayed on track through closing. She truly listened to our needs, maintained transparency throughout, and consistently exceeded our expectations. Were also grateful to her team for their support during open houses, especially as we traveled to Westchester every weekend. Even when Pamela was away, she stayed engaged and checked in with us after showings, which meant a lot. Overall, it was a pleasure partnering with Pamela during such an important milestone. We cannot thank her enough and would, without a doubt, recommend her to our friends and families looking to purchase/ sell in Westchester.

Pamela Grunstein at Compass was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end! She guided us through every step of getting our home ready with incredible knowledge, organization, patience, and care. What we appreciated most was the way Pamela always laid out our options, thoughtfully explaining the pros and cons without ever being pushy. Her suggestions were spot-on, and were so grateful we trusted her adviceaEUR"it made a tremendous difference. Its honestly hard to put into words the value Pamela brought to every step of the process. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and even enjoyable. Weve known Pamela for years and had watched her guide friends through their real estate journeys, but we didnt fully appreciate just how exceptional she is until we needed her ourselves. She exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldnt recommend Pamela more highly. If youre looking for a knowledgeable, thoughtful, strategic, and truly exceptional real estate agent, Pamela is the one!

Pamela was excellent in our home sale process. As with her role in our new home purchase, she was thorough, well informed, and a pleasure to work with. Pamela and team's market insights and strategy are terrific. We highly recommend her.

Pamela went out of her way to make the process of both selling and buying homes for me as smooth as possible. She will advocate for what is in your best interest. I couldnt have done it without her.
