Meredith had just recently moved to Dallas after practicing real estate in Washington DC, and so we caught her just as she was adjusting to the the Dallas real estate market. Over the course of a couple months, she showed us more than 10 houses--we were picky and changed our minds often as we were first time home-buyers and unsure of what we wanted. My husband and I both have inconsistent schedules and she was always available, even when we wanted to see a house at an odd time or after work hours. She advised us through all parts of the process--from the comps in the area to the history of the house, etc. She was very professional and worked tirelessy for us, explaining the process for us in layman's terms and enthusiastically answering the many questions we had. We finally decided on renovating a house in foreclosure, and she helped negotiate and explain a very complicated contract to us. Meredith is strong, passionate about what she does and the people she works with, knowledgeable, and patient. She is truly the best!
