Compass COLORADO LLC

Joanne navigated calming a highly motivated seller in the down market. Add to the challenge was property location in a ski town which received record low snowfall. Joanne patiently coached sales promotions, staging services, open houses, drone and professional photography, and updates on comparable properties.

Joanne was absolutely incredible to work with! She was so proactive, welcoming, and transparent on the process as we were looking for our perfect home. She always leaned into our requests, was accommodating, and the perfect person to work with when moving to CO! We could not be more happy with our home and it would not have been possible without Joanne! She's amazing and I highly recommend her!

Joanne Jordan did a great job facilitating the sale of our townhome in the Turnbury area of Highlands Ranch Golf Club. Her excellent communication skills and attention to detail made the transaction flow smoothly. Joanne's industry knowledge resolved any issues or questions that arose. We would highly recommend her to handle any real estate transaction.
