If you are looking for the best realtor Chicago has to offer, Look no further! Steve is an MVP! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, super negotiator and knows how to find the perfect property for you. My Fiance (now my wife) used to live in Lakeview and I lived in the Gold Coast. We wanted to find a home which could fit both our lifestyles. I am a social animal so I wanted to live close to the Chicago night life and my Fiance at the time wanted a home which had a neighborhood feel, good restaurants and lots of parks around for the kids to play. Trust me when I say that we didn't make it easy for Steven to find our first home together. We both didn't want to compromise on many a things and never once did Steven told us to do so either. He was patient and week after week we ended up seeing close to 40 places before we found the perfect place. We found a perfect 3 bedroom 3 bath with 2 car garage, Front yard, roof deck in the heart of downtown. We are less than a mile from the lake and plenty of night life around us. And let me give you the biggest surprise, Steve was able to negotiate with the sellers effectively and got us a good deal. Now I am well settled in my new home and enjoying every bit of it thanks to Steven! I will continue to use him in the future as well.P.S. Steven was able to rent out my Condo in the Gold Coast in a record 72 hours. If that doesn't convince you all i don't know what will.
