Adria is a very special agent. She helped us with an urgent move due to mold issues right amidst the holiday. She was consistently available even during hours she reasonably shouldn?t be, during holidays and even from a mountain slope on a short weekend trip she took. But her responsiveness is just a small part of what she brings to the table. She is charismatic, passionate, empathetic, detail oriented and diligent. You see, my gf and I hadn?t even intended to employ an agent for our home rental. We were going to do it ourselves. We met Adria at a showing of a home that wasn?t going to work for us, and she offered to provide us with options more suited to our needs. It wasn?t long before she had numerous showings lined up for us, all in a time efficient sequence, and including off market options we otherwise wouldn?t have access to. She was there for all of this, on our schedule and always punctual. Despite the urgency of our move, we had pretty specific needs and Adria helped us find something perfect during the difficult scheduling time before Christmas. She was always proactive. Instead of waiting for us to hit her up asking about properties or what is next, she drove the process from beginning to end. When we finally did find something we wanted, she helped negotiate a better price, did all the paperwork including preparing the lease (which is normally the landlord side?s responsibility), and navigated the entire transaction right down to picking up and delivering the checks. Adria Hendler should really be Adria ?Handler? because she literally handled everything. In a couple years when we?re ready to buy a home we know Adria will be our agent, and I can assure you, you won?t regret making her yours either.
