1) Tony is really no different than any other realtor- wanted us to come down in price almost immediately, change up everything in the house- get rid of our own furniture and stage the house , paint most rooms a neutral color, do costly upgrades, all to lower the price after a few weeks....2)Tony didn't bring anyone through our house, it was all from other realtors even though he said he had plenty of clients looking in our price range. 3) We ended up settling for less money than we were asking for the house after dropping the price several times because Tony argued that we should take the offer- only to owe money at the table. Whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and nothing in my pocket.

Tony was outstanding. He was professional and knowledge. He was responsive to all our questions and very prompt in all his communication. Thanks to him, we sold our home quickly and for above asking price.

He gave us the impression that ue really cared and we woupd fond the perfect buyers for our home we have loved for so long. Our house was listed in various markets and multiple marketing tools were used to get the word out . Our home went on the market on a Thursday and by Saturday night we had 9 offers!!!!! Tony did a masterful job of marketing our property. His negotiating skills helped to get the best price for the property with most favorable terms. He stood by us as we worked through the process from beginning to end. I have the upmost confidence in Tony's abilities.
