Libby and Rafael were exceptional and I couldnt offer a stronger recommendation for any realtor Ive ever worked with (and this is the 6th home Ive purchased). We began our home search 6 months prior to needing a home and Libby coached us through the entire process. It is clear she understands the market and has a good sense for when the right home will become available. She did a superb job of listening to our needs and understanding exactly what we were looking for. She is unbelievably responsive. Often responding to our texts/emails after midnight, late on Fridays, or early on Sundays. She even picked my wife up from the airport when we flew in to see the house we were interested in. Libby drew up a brilliant contract and was able to make the sellers comfortable with our VA loan offer which is unheard of in a market this competitive. Once we got to the negotiating table, Libby deftly maneuvered to both make the seller?s agent comfortable while adjusting our offer in real time to outbid other offers. Libby has the personal and professional connections to make an ultra-competitive offer, to get the sellers to accept your offer, and to quickly and efficiently close on the home. Once the offer was accepted, she used her connections in the local area to help us make some minor improvements to the home as soon as we moved in. I sincerely doubt anyone could provide better service from start to finish in the home buying process than Libby Bish. She will absolutely be our agent the next time we look to move. 100% recommend!
