She very pragmatically selected just the right level of remodeling necessary to spruce up the home to be worthy of that price and appeal to buyers. She guided us very well throughout the process, and made this the smoothest home sale we've ever done. And she did all that at the onset of the 2020 pandemic, closing the sale in the weeks after Stay-at-Home rules were enacted!
