Compass

Kristin was the best realtor we could have asked for as we looked to buy our first home. She is incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring, communicative, and good at managing all the details and steps of the home buying process so you can make informed decisions without being overwhelmed. We appreciated her emphasizing that these were our decisions, but we also didn?t feel like we had to learn everything from scratch because of her extensive experience. Compared to friends in a very similar stage in life and home buying plan, we had a much less stressful and confusing experience. She also set us up with multiple contractors to discuss our ideas for a small renovation after buying to make the process even more streamlined. Kristin is a no brainer if you need a realtor in LA.

Kristin is truly the best of the best in real estate. She helped me find my dream home and was incredibly meticulous, thoughtful, and supportive every step of the way. Even after closing, she?s continued to help with anything we need. I genuinely can?t say enough good things ? I?d recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

On January 7, 2025 our lives were changed forever. We lost our home of 30 years and our beloved neighborhood and community in the Palisades Fire. After selling our lot, relocating to Connecticut and then back to California, I reached out to Kristin for assistance in finding a new home. Once she ascertained our needs, she literally did everything in her power find us an oceanfront condo in a luxury building in Santa Monica, North of Montana. She made endless inquiries, follow up calls and ultimately (because of Kristin's detective work) we won a bidding war! Our family cannot recommend Kristin enough: she is a smart, skilled real estate professional and most importantly: kind and compassionate. We owe Kristin a debt of gratitude because she found us a home. If you want to work with a real estate agent who is a true partner with a calm, guiding, patient presence, look no further. She will absolutely look out for your best interests and needs. She did that for us.
