My family decided to relocate to South Orange County and needed an expert to assist us with finding the proper rental property for our needs. Upon speaking to Dolores and explaining our needs to accomodate a family with two teens, and a dog, I knew I had the perfect Realtor to represent us! She immediately got to work and had a tour of several homes set up for us by the end of the day. Dolores not only personally presented each property to us, but she tailored our search to include all the information we needed regarding the schools our children would be attending, information on HOA guidelines, pet allowances, and many more details that I completely forgot to think about, but she remembered were important to me. Dolores helped me select a price that was acceptable to me and was near the top of the market. She marketed the property vigorously, holding open houses and advertising to reach a full spectrum of buyers. A buyer was found but they were a bit short of qualifying for the purchase. Dolores was very creative in structuring a sale that satisfied my requirements and still enabled the buyer to manage the purchase. Her creativity was the backbone to making the deal work. Another similar sized and priced home across the street remains unsold while my sale closed on schedule.

Dolores was incredible to work with during our first time buying a home. She made the experience very easy and un stressful. She was very accommodating through the process and would drop everything to meet us at properties last minute. She also did a great job providing lists of what we were looking for and stayed on top of that. Her background and years in the community brought us great insight into other things of importance, outside the property itself.
