He takes care of you from day one, through everything from setting up your search in what you are looking for, honest feedback about locations (he knows every square inch of KC with up-to-date information on how things are doing in each area), putting in offers, inspections, negotiations, who to talk to about getting approved for a mortgage, what insurance companies are up to, and he'll be there for closing. After everything is done and you own the home, text him on even the smallest things and he will be right there to take a look and give advice. I bet he would show up to kill a spider for you if you asked. He has references to all the best contractors for all your house needs. Just ask and you'll have multiple suggestions in order of importance including the ones he personally uses. Once you notice his eye for detail, you know he will only suggest the best.

We were first-time buyers, and we lived up to every stereotype. Anxiety-induced, textbook overthinkers, and incredibly 'ready' to find a home. He flags things in the first 30 seconds after reaching the bottom step that could be tens of thousands of dollars in future surprises down the line. We were in multiple offer situations, went up against waived inspections (don't do that), possessions after closing, bidding wars. All of it. Jonas gave us all the information we needed to make the right decision for us every time. When we went under contract, we thought the hard part was over. A storybook house that kept us within walking distance of our favorite Brookside spots. But while you're getting out the glasses and chilling the champagne, this is when Jonas rolls up his sleeves. His team of absolutely stellar contractors and inspectors (that's right... plural) found items that would've cost my fiancee and I well into the five figures of repairs just months into our marriage. Jonas was the ultimate pro, negotiating them to be completed before we moved in, navigating bids, visiting the job site multiple times, and working literally day and night to make it smooth for us. He just truly cared. And we're very grateful.

Jonas did a fantastic job from listing the home through the process of closing. He was excellent at keeping us informed and up to date.
