The purchase process all happened when we were out of the country, and Tate made the process so smooth (even went above and beyond to be provide virtual showings & videos, so we did not miss out on the home of our dreams). Tates strategy to be under contract worked out perfectly! Not to mention his negotiation experience resulted in a contract we were very happy about! It was also evident from the communications that the sellers agent trusted and respected Tate, which made the process easier on everyone involved. All the way through inspections, appraisal, and closing, Tate kept us informed and provided valuable guidance. He took initiative to line up appointments, recommend various vendors, and communicate every step of the way. We always felt like we had someone on our team that was trustworthy, a great communicator, listener, hardworking, detail-oriented, and ultimately our advocate who undoubtedly had our best interests in mind. Finding our new home with Tate was a gift!
