Serge did an outstanding job finding us a rental home. This was a particularly stressful situation given that our home was lost to a fire, but Serge worked quickly and was able to negotiate with the landlord in order to secure us a comfortable, clean, and spacious house to rent while working on our re-build. Serge was the ultimate professional. He hit all requirements with precision. I love the area, the house, and the location. His staff even assisted with rental furniture. I never got a chance to review my rental package but Serge was so thoughtful he included a desk for my daughter, for which I was most grateful. His staff made the beds, hung the shower curtains, and arranged the furniture - when you are going through crisis, its the little things that count so much.
