Working with Ashley Freitas Berger/Cherie Berger Team was a truly exceptional experience. Cant recommend them more!!! From helping us purchase our home to later guiding me through the rental process, the support was seamless, thoughtful, and incredibly professional. No detail was ever overlooked, and the communication was always clear, proactive, and honest. Ashley is very personable and authentic, and we truly were able to trust her immediately. She is always watching out for our best interests. She was able to find us renters in Warren in a matter of a week which we were surprised with, she is always exceeding our expectations!! Finding someone who is equally strong on both the buying and rental side is rare ? and we feel incredibly lucky. I recommend Ashley and the Cherie Berger team wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a trusted advisor in real estate. Outstanding results at every stage!!

Ashley Freitas was recommended to us by a colleague at work who had given her glowing reviews - and she did not disappoint! She guided us through selling our home in Martinsville (which we had lived in for 20 years) and then helping us downsize to a townhouse in Basking Ridge. At the time, finding a new home in the market was very challenging and often required putting in multiple bids throughout the process. Ashley was patient and knowledgable and understood what our needs were and she always found the time to show us any potential new homes. On several occasions she scheduled additional showings so we could also include our two adult daughters in order to get their input. Ashley became part of our family. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We hired Ashley Berger Freitas at Compass Realty to sell our house in Warren, NJ, and we were so glad we did. Ashley was professional, honest, knowledgeable and fully committed to us from the moment we met her. Her attention to detail was fabulous, and we put our full trust in her. We had an offer on the first day our house went on the market as a result of Ashley making use of all traditional listing avenues, plus a heavy presence on social media. Ashley had great contacts in our area, and we used them successfully, such as real estate lawyers, the local township and banking professionals. She also put us in touch with another Compass realtor, this one in NC, where we purchased our new home. This agent was excellent as well. We fully recommend Ashley as a realtor, and Compass overall. Ashley is wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Elizabeth and Tom Waller

We always planned on selling our family home in the Spring when our property looks its best. Instead we put our house on the market in December as we had purchased our home for our next chapter in November. Ashley reassured us that she could find the right buyer for our unique property in the Winter and she did not disappoint. Her drive, professionalism and consumer insights confirmed for us we had found the right agent. Her presence at the majority of all showings allowed her to highlight our home to most potential buyers and answer questions on the spot. When showings leveled off she revved up interest again by scheduling multiple open houses of which one attracted our eventual buyer. Ashley is a wonderful advocate and person. We highly recommend her

I cant recommend Ashley enough. She rented out my home quickly and secured fantastic tenants. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress free. She has a professional team that took excellent pictures and videos to showcase the home and created great marketing materials that really stood out. She has a broad network that she leveraged to secure tenants efficiently and quickly, helped us with the background checks and all the relevant paperwork.
