Ethel was wonderful. We started our search for a new place in a new state almost 3 years ago. We were in our early stages of our search. She sent us new listings, kept us up to date on what was coming for sale, when we came down she patiently took us around. She has a knack for knowing her buyers, knowing what they will like. This visit we found our place. Its perfect! And she knew we would love it! Being far away during the buying process she was awesome. Helping us every step of the way, being our eyes and ears and keeping us up to date and in the loop. We could not have done it without her expertise and help. Ethel knows extremely the condo complex in which our unit was located. She provided us with very useful information regarding how we should price out unit. We wanted to sell fully furnished; she indicated that if that was a problem with potential buyers, she knew of organizations that would remove the furnishings. We sold within 30 days at the price we wanted and furnished. Were I to sell in the St. Petersburg area again, I would definitely go to Ethel for assistance.
