Ryan and his team were absolutely incredible to work with. The entire experience was low pressure from start to finish. If we walked into something with major issues, Ryan would literally say, aEURoeplease dont buy this home,aEUR? which tells you everything you need to know about his integrity. I never once felt pushed into a decision. We saw a lot of properties, and every showing felt like a mini inspection. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable about homes and could spot potential problems immediately. He also knows the local market inside and out, which made a huge difference when it came to evaluating properties and making competitive offers. He was always quick to answer my questions, even about listings we didnt tour. I was outbid on a few homes, but he stayed patient and helped me stay competitive without ever pressuring me to go beyond my budget. The rest of the team was fantastic as well - responsive, organized, and supportive throughout the entire process. I really felt like I had a group of people looking out for me. If you want a realtor whos honest, knowledgeable, and backed by an amazing team, I cant recommend Get Happy at Home enough.
