Mary is incredibly knowledgable and she navigated both the buy and sell seamlessly while always staying a step ahead. Mary communicated with me every step of the way and I always felt comfortable knowing she was looking out for me. Her responsiveness was incredible via email, text and phone. She negotiated well on my behalf for both the buy and sell. Mary is everything (and more) that I was looking for in an agent!

From the start Mary listened to what was important to me in finding a new home. I wanted an old house I could fix up and not only did her patience and positive attitude make it fun but her knowledge of building structure, city code, hvac systems etc. was priceless. Mary was also my selling broker and although selling and buying can be overwhelming she was so organized and great at keeping me on track it made the whole process seamless. Its hard to say what its like to work with Mary because it all happened so fast! I worked with Mary to sell a condo we held as a rental for several years.
