Working with Traci was an outstanding experience for my wife and I. She was very informative and responsive during our search and we found the perfect house for us in almost no time. Before we knew it, we were under contract at our dream home and it could not have been an easier process thanks to Traci. And cant forget to mention the fun she brings and the excitement she brought us during our search! HIGHLY recommend!!!

This is my second time having Traci Huff as a realtor, and it was just as seamless as the first! She is knowledgeable, detailed, and quick to answer any questions, big or small. She brings a lot of energy and positivity to the entire experience. I would recommend Traci to anyone searching for their next home!

Traci and Dawson are quite the amazing team! They were referred to us through our previous agent. We are transplants and they directed us through this process seamlessly. In meeting with them, they were professional, detailed and FUN! They listened to our needs, went above and beyond their duties, by taking pictures, videos and even helping us complete fixes to the property. We plan to purchase again in the near future and will most definitely be using them! Don't miss out on the chance to work with these two!

My wife and I are so grateful to Traci and Dawson for helping make our transition to the Nashville area so smooth! As first time homebuyers, we had no idea what to expect, especially coming from out of state, and the process of finding a home in such a popular area seemed daunting. With their guidance, and with help from a few virtual tours we were able to find and get under contract in a great house within our budget in a matter of weeks. A couple months after moving in, we are so pleased with our decision!

Traci & Dawson were referred to us and it was the best thing ever. In this ultra-competitive market, it was strictly the tenacity and above and beyond effort of Traci & Dawson that enabled us to get our dream house in Germantown. They were truly the difference makers in our purchase. As a professional in the real estate industry, I work with realtors all over the country and I can say with complete confidence that Traci & Dawson sit squarely at the top of the list of great realtors. If you are buying or selling, you NEED to have them on your side!!
