Natalia was very patient and very helpful with the process of finding a home. We had just moved to the state and there were so many unknown's. She was a wealth of information as she grew up in Miami. Unfortunately, we did not end up buying due to our delay in selling our previous home and loosing several offers to higher bidders But, I highly recommend her expertise and her relaxed attitude about the process.

We were matched with Natalia by Zillow and it turned out very well! She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and respectful of what a person is looking for (never pressured us or tried to get us to expand our budget). She was on top of all the conversations between all the people who suddenly appeared once we started the closing process. Natalia is also very good at negotiating and doing research to make sure our bids were reasonable yet true negotiations. Given that, we were a little bit disappointed that we didn't investigate the claim of "2" parking spots more thoroughly at the building we bought in, which felt like a missed opportunity to negotiate a bit further. Not the end of the world, but definitely check when a seller in Miami says they have 2 spots!!

Natalia went above and beyond, she was always available and she really helped me in All the ways possible. She got a lot of patience with me and she always understood my needs. I am so glad that we connected and that she was the one helping me in the purchase process. I couldnt have ask for more. She is also an amazing person, I cant recommend her enough!
