I just completed the somewhat tricky sale of my home, with Christopher as my agent. Here are some of the highlights for me, of working with him: At our first meeting, he laid out some very interesting ideas that showed he was thinking specifically about my property, and where it sat in the overall market. I felt he saw the worth, and knew just how to present it. Outstanding photography! It was very well thought out and allowed my property's best attributes to quietly speak for themselves. He has consistently found the sweet spot between keeping me informed of activity/inactivity regarding the interest of potential buyers, both specific to my listing, and of the market in general. I never felt abandoned, nor did I ever feel harassed. I found him to be an excellent and experienced negotiator, with a good feel for when to ask for something, when to grant requests, and how to combine the two in an artful way so that everyone got what they wanted and felt good about it. Again, very respectful. In addition to feeling I was professionally very well represented by Chris, I'm so happy to have met him! He's optimistic, and has a good sense of humor which I personally appreciate. He never came across as arrogant or pompous; I never felt he was talking down to me.
