Robyn is a former resident of April Sound and so was able to share accurate insights on the local area, and specific properties including potential hidden structural problems which are common in certain streets. This local knowledge was also very helpful post-closing where her service continued with guidance on making the transition as homeowner to the local area e.g.setting up POA, water accounts etc. I also found Robyn to be very responsive to texts (preferred communication) and ready to make arrangements around my work schedule. She showed good humor and patience while I worked out what I wanted and we settled on a good home- I have no hesitation in recommending Robyn to anyone looking for a place in Montgomery, Conroe or the Woodlands. As with all purchases though, it is up to the buyer to do as much homework as they can and to keep a close eye on what's available. For Houston HAR.com was more accurate than most sites, but lacks Zillows comparison features so I used both sites. Robyn was good about chasing down a couple of leads from other sites but which were ultimately out of date.
