I highly recommend Leon to anyone looking to buy a home in Miami. He helped me buy a condo in Miami, and what really set him apart was how much time and effort he invested in helping me make the right decision. We looked at a lot of different properties, and Leon never pressured me into making a purchase. Instead, he helped me understand the true value of each property, whether it was a good investment, and what factors I should consider before making an offer. His knowledge of the Miami real estate market was invaluable. What I appreciated most was that he went beyond the typical role of a real estate agent. He helped me identify what could and couldnt be fixed in a property, what renovations might cost, and whether those improvements would actually add value. That guidance gave me confidence that I was making a smart investment, not just buying a place I liked. As a first-time home buyer in Miami, having someone I could trust made all the difference. Thanks to Leons expertise, patience, and honest advice, my Miami condo purchase was a great experience. If youre buying a home in Miami, looking for a luxury condo, or considering an investment property in Miami, I cant recommend Leon highly enough.

My buying process with Leon was great from start to finish. He knows the area better than anyone, he had a great team around him and guided me through the process as a first time foreign buyer in the US. He ended up finding the home I bought, I had overlooked it in my search. So I'm thankful I worked with him.

Leon is awesome! He is very responsive, respectful and was a huge help in surfacing through properties. He was very patient with all my questions, which were a lot btw. I am planning to utilize his services for my next properties as well. His connections in industry is top notch. I love his problem solving skills!

Leon was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He knows the Miami market inside and out, and you can really tell he understands what buyers are looking for. Best of all, hes never pushy. Hes reliable, always on time, and he actually answers his phone, which honestly is so rare and exactly what you want in a real estate agent. If I could give him six stars I would. Hes a total gem and I loved working with him. Highly recommend!

We have worked with Julian twice so far in the past 2 years, once as renters and once as buyers. His knowledge, expertise, and incredible team are unmatched. Working with Julian has been nothing but a smooth experience, even when unexpected items popped up. We will be working with him again in the future!
