Sebastian was thoughtful, patient (we looked at so many houses), and very thorough especially as we ran through our negotiation and inspection process. He did a fantastic job of connecting with the sellers agent and other folks as we managed hectic schedules, house hunting and life to make it seamless. I've heard of some horror stories of agents stepping back, he guided us throughout the entire journey and really has helped us as first time home buyers. I would definitely recommend Sebastian again.

Sebastian did an outstanding job helping us find our next home to rent! He is incredibly friendly, professional, and was so quick to always respond to our questions. We always felt very heard and he cared about what we wanted to prioritize in our next home. We felt so taken care of with Sebastian!!

When we were doing our home search earlier this year, Sebastian was 100% attentive and professsional every step of the way. He was responsive and knowledgeable about every aspect of the search/closing process. He was wonderful in keeping us informed and positive during the search, and ultimately my wife and I found a wonderful place. It was greatly in part due to Sebastian's help and guidance along the way. We highly highly recommend for all home searches!

Very grateful for Sebastian and everything he did to help us with the sale of our home. He was always patient, honest, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. His excellent professionalism, communication and relationship skills with us and the other parties involved were very helpful and key to a successful sale. His ability to stay calm and professional with all the ups and downs in an unpredictable real estate market was reassuring and appreciated. Thank you, Sebastian and team!

Sebastian has helped us successfully rent two properties. He is smart, patient, and kind. And he is very good at his job: He made recommendations on high-value renovations, clearly explained all paperwork, provided referrals to additional experts, and helped us find great tenants. Highly recommend him for future work.
