I met Debra in passing, several years ago, while walking my dog through the East Lincoln Park neighborhood. Debra is an animal lover, and we enjoyed an instant connection. Years later, when making the decision to list my condo, I knew I should reach out to Debra. Debra is a consummate professional with decades of real estate experience. Kate was fantastic. We were purchasing a condo in the South Loop, and Kate knew many (if not all) of the buildings, knew a lot about the neighborhood, and knew just what questions to ask. We couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through our first experience with Chicago real estate. And most important to us, she gave us the perfect balance of utilizing her expertise--pointing things out we never would have noticed, but in hindsight, were so glad we did--and respecting our voice and preferences. Kate was also extremely responsive, flexible, and patient (with Covid, we looked for a long time as we continued to work remotely). Could not recommend Kate enough, especially for people who do their research but need that expert voice to guide them!!

Debra and Katharine did a great job helping to sublet/ rent our apartment. They sent out our listing to their realtor contacts and held one open house, and they had 12 offers above asking rental price. They rented the place for $600 above asking price after one showing!
