Buying my first home was a huge step, and Nick made the whole process so much easier. He was incredibly patient and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. He was super responsive and helped me navigate all the complexities with confidence. I'm so happy with my new place and grateful for Nick's guidance!

We had an amazing experience with Kevin and his wife Devin staging and selling our house in March within 36 hours on the MLS . We got the full asking price and closed in 3 weeks! It was such a great experience that we will recommend the team to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home fast and efficient. P.S. Sorry for the late review we are just getting our feet on the ground in our new home. :)

Kevin was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and willing to work with me. We have used Kevin in the past to buy this house. I felt confident and trust him to help me sell the house. We will use him in the future. He was honest, never made promises, told it like it was. Sometimes I didn't want to hear it, but it was true. Kevin worked to get my house sold in a timely manner but worked within the proper guidelines.

It was such a pleasure working with Nick, he is thorough and brings good ideas to the table, especially having a home inspection done prior to selling so that I could fix most of the issues. That meant that the buyer's inspection went very smoothly and they didn't ask for any concessions. He also caught and fixed multiple errors that the buyer's realtor made in the contracts, so you can tell he really goes through it with a fine tooth comb.

Nick was awesome to work with. We were looking for a condo to use as our summer home. We looked at several different units in different areas. We went home to Florida not deciding on any we looked in person. Another one came on the market Nick did a virtual walk through. Paid close attention to show us everything even getting close to all the floors , opening the refrigerator and oven etc.
