Beverly helped us find the perfect home for our family! We originally met her at an open house and were impressed with her knowledge of the particular neighborhoods we were interested in. We were not in a huge rush to move - instead we wanted to wait to find "the one" and Beverly was SO patient with us. She never once pressured us to bid on something we didn't love, and she also did a great job of helping us consider the true pros and cons of each property. There was one house we thought we loved, until Beverly pointed out a few things with the layout that were not very "family friendly" - as new parents we would not have discovered these until after we moved in! Beverly instead steered us towards homes that were better fits for our growing family. So many agents are motivated to just make a quick sale and move on - it's clear that Beverly really cared about our happiness and finding the right fit for our needs.
