Eric is awesome! He may be a newer realtor, but he's the kind of guy you want for your home buying or selling process. He's kind and nice, but really takes his job seriously and looks out for his clients. I highly recommend him! I know we'll use him again if we ever sell our home. He is wonderful!

Thanks to Eric my parter and I were able to purchase our first home. Both my parter and I didnt have much knowledge on purchasing a home and we were the first in our families to purchase one. Eric helped up through the whole process and guided us with all his knowledge. He was always made available any time to go look at homes and as many houses in that day. He always showed up on time, had a positive attitude and was professional. When we had questions regarding the homes he would find out and it sometimes took him a few hours to give us an answer back or less. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
