He is honest and answered our questions and educated us on common vanity issues seen in older homes that aren't truly a concern and also when we should run (which we did with a jet pack) from one house we looked at, at my request. He even pointed out nuanced details in the owners behaviors/care associated with why they are selling or how they kept their homes as it pertained to us as buyers. I appreciated his transparency and availability, and that he listened to our changing wishes and needs. We were on a tight timeline and never felt rushed by him to make a deal.
