Colorado Home Realty

Landon worked really hard to help us get our house ready to list. He had a number of contacts he shared to do some work on the property and they all did an excellent job! Landon is very organized and VERY responsive which we appreciated as first-time sellers. When we had offers to review, he did a ton of the legwork vetting the offers and giving us all the information we needed to make the best decision. He was calm and professional during a very stressful and complicated process! We're using him again right now to finish the purchase of a new home and he's been very helpful through this process as well. We will definitely be using Landon again in the future!

The Landon Team provided my wife and I a great experience overall. We had worked with this wonderful team prior to this with our first house. My wife and I decided we needed a bigger place due to a baby being on the way. They had no issue working with my crazy work schedule and times. Overall this team is wonderful to work with and they really do treat it as if they are buying or selling the homes for themselves.

My husband and I got an opportunity to work with this team. They are very friendly and patient. They truly allow the buyer to lead the way and do not SELL you on the perfect home. They listen and at the end of the day, they got the job done! Thank you guys!

I was a first-time buyer, and Randy made it all pretty painless and was attentive to my every question/need. I was even selling my property a few years later, and he helped answer off-the-cuff questions, when his agency was not involved directly. Offered to help me review the contract and more. Good People. Would definitely recommend and hope to work with them again in the future!

I have worked with Randy on several home and land purchases. He and Cathy are the best! They always keep our interests in the forefront, work tirelessly to find us exactly the home or investment property we were searching for, and kept us up to date with market changes.
