Colorado Group Realty

Martin is an amazing professional. We have worked with him over a decade with multiple sales on both ends of deals and he always is incredibly thoughtful and thorough. We wouldnt work with any one else in steamboat!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Martin. We have now worked with him on both the sale and purchase of properties, and the level of service he provides is truly exceptional. When we sold our condo, he went far beyond what we ever expected from a realtor. He helped us prepare and stage the unit so it showed at its absolute best, guided us through every step of the process, and ultimately helped us achieve a record sales price for a unit in our building. A couple of years later, when we decided to purchase another condo, there was never any question about who we would call. Once again, he was extraordinaryaEUR"not just in negotiating and managing the purchase, but in everything that came afterward. He helped us line up movers and tradespeople, coordinated countless details, and even came over himself to help with some of the work. What really sets Martin apart, though, is how much he genuinely cares about his clients. He doesn't make you feel like a clientaEUR"he makes you feel like a good friend he wants to take care of. He is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always willing to go the extra mile (or several miles!) to make things easier. We have bought and sold a number of properties over the years and have never experienced this level of personal attention and service. We recommend Martin Dragnev and The Group without hesitation and would never consider using anyone else. He is simply outstanding.

Martin was the epitome of professionalism. Very hands on and thorough in all aspects of selling. I highly recommend him and would work with him in the future.

Martin and Holly are great to work with, very accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable of the area and real estate market! I worked with them through the sale of my second home from across the country and they seamlessly took care of all of the details best done in person. Working with them was a fantastic experience.

Martin and his team are amazing. They helped us navigate through a tough transaction and got us across the finish line. Martins knowledge of the local market and his experience was a Huge asset to us. Holly is wonderful to work with as well! Highly recommend this Team!
