Colonial Realty Inc.

Sharon was amazing from the first house we looked at til closing!! If I'm ever in need for another house Ill be calling Sharon. Sharon has a lot of experience and knew what to look for and what to ask.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting and working with Sharon and the Colonial Family!!! Sharon went above and beyond to make sure that is as the sellers as well as the buyers were satisfied and had everything we needed!!! I would highly recommend and encourage anyone that is looking to buy or sell to work with Sharon and the Colonial Realty Family. 5+ stars

Sharon came in clutch for us, in helping us buy a 2nd home. She let us know as soon as this new listing hit the market and we wrote an offer that same day. She went above and beyond to help us get our house fixed up, since we live out of town. She lined up painters, cleaners, and other trades that we needed. I would highly recommend Sharon and her team.

Sharon was a dream to work with and answered all.our questions no matter how small.it was on a whim to purchase the house we did in the home town I went to school at. Sharon was promt and curtious with all dealing with the house we purchased.

Great Service! Sharon was recommended by a family member and she didn't disappoint. She did a great job and a seamless purchase. I would highly recommend Sharon to anyone. She know the area and the right people to talk to.
